ADVERTISING AT THE LIBRARY
Want to advertise your societies in or outside the library - for free? We'll help, whether you're just looking for information on who to contact if you want to book space, or if you'd like us to organise the whole process for you.
ADVERTISING INSIDE THE LIBRARY

logos for your society/group/unit
and/or web address or social media
and/or text stating: "x society is affiliated with the University of St Andrews Students Association".
Please note that images are shown in rotation with other material. Each image is shown for 40 seconds.
Send file as an image (.jpeg; .tif; .png etc.) not as a PDF or Word file.
Images must be landscape and exactly 960px by 540px.
Videos must be silent.
In WMV or MPEG-2 format.
No longer than 2 minutes.
Toilet stall frames

Leave posters at the Library Helpdesk for the attention of the Marketing Officer.
As this space is in high demand we can show up to 5 posters from one organisation or department at a time and posters will be displayed for approximately 2 weeks.
Cafe notice board
Please leave posters with the Library Helpdesk on level 2.
ADVERTISING OUTSIDE THE LIBRARY
Who can book and what for?
Student societies/charities/groups affiliated with the University or students working on projects for coursework can make bookings for the three ‘marketplace’ stall spaces outside the Main Library which are available for fundraising on a daily basis from Monday-Friday (two spaces for ticket sales and one bake sale). Spaces are not available for canvassing on behalf of groups or charities or for information, publicity or promotional stands.
For more information on booking space outside the library, check the library's page.
